I am no longer tired of it. I might make more comics about this ridiculous apartment and it's ridiculous neighbors.

The apartment, part 9
Yeah, so this did not work out. We tried moving into three different apartments in Renton within a month and a half and none worked out. We even signed paper work twice. One place kept changing the move in date to after we were supposed to be out of this place. And then, believe it or not, the same thing happened! People kept not leaving by their move-out date. Ugh. But we are out of it now and as far away as possible. I can now walk to school. It is only two blocks away or so. Not bad.

The apartment, part 8
Once again, we are in an apartment without laundry. Not even on site. We (and by we, I mean Abe) have to go to the laundromat.
The kitchen sink did eventually stop smelling like algae. Or I got used to it.
I do not miss dimmer switches.

The apartment, part 7
Such poor placement for a bedroom. Rowing machine at 2:30 in the morning is a true story. I made Abe go up and yell at them. I thought there were turning the garbage disposal on and off. But he was stoned and working out. Had no idea that would be annoying.
And Happy New Year!

The apartment, part 6
The fridge door thing has become a problem in the new apartment where the fridge tilts forward instead of back so if you don't shut the door properly, it swings all the way open instead.
Still only one drawer in our new kitchen, but so much more cupboard space! It doesn't feel that much bigger, but I think it actually is.You can stand in front of the oven and not block the sink. And the dishwasher is tiny (because it is our hands).

The apartment, part 5
Those dimmers, man. So weird. The old apartment also had door handles instead of door knobs. Now I keep getting stuck in rooms at the new apartment because I am not used to turning doorknobs.

The apartment, part 4
Ernie sure did love that back yard. We haven't been able to play fetch with him since we moved.

The apartment, part 3
Turns out it might have been pee in the last panel. But sure didn't smell like it. One of the nice things about that apartment was the lack of carpet.

The apartment, part 2
The bathroom in our new place isn't great either. But that is because it is so small.

The apartment, part 1
Here begins the saga of our awful apartment in Seattle. These are older. I didn't want to post them until we had moved out. As you can see from my signature, these were drawn in 2012. Look how much I have improved just in that little time!

Little Oddball Angie: Returning to school
So here's the start of an set of autobio comics in the style of Little Orphan Annie, by Harold Gray. I like this style for the comics about this time in my life and might use it more often. I definitely need to use that hatchy background more often.

About me.
Hi there again. Sorry this is so sporadic. There is a weird thing going on where I can't seem to access the internet after 11 or so from my computer (though Netflix runs fine on my PS3). Anyways.
Thar blows a comic!
So this is what I did for an assignment to make an autobio comic. If you sign up for the Homework level of my Patreon campaign for $25 a month, this will be in your first packet. This one has typos that your print out will not.

Knit a corgi
Another homework piece, this comic is about what I am essentially doing with everything I knit. I actually knit another corgi.

Poor Barbies
This was actually some homework. An autiobio gag strip. So I don't think it comes across clear, according to the critiques I got, but I still like this drawing. Subtly subversive. My dog, Patience, got a taste for Barbies and chewed up all the hands and feet. In this one, there is only one good foot and one good hand. Poor Patience at least feels bad that she chewed up my Barbies. That's a tear below her eye.
This is one of the things that you would get in your first packet if you sign up for the $25 level on my Patreon. There are six of these, a screen print, a print of orangutans, and a very small comic that you will see in a few weeks.
